Griffin Bros Inspections utilizes a web-based reporting platform that streamlines the entire inspection process from start to finish. We use IRBpro's industry-leading software to create detailed reports that clearly display all major and minor defects and safety concerns in an organized manner. We take hundreds of pictures and write full Describe, Determine, Implication, Direction (DDID) statements for each defect so you will see the problem areas, understand their significance, and be directed to specialized experts for further evaluation.

• Interactive Reports: Our interactive digital reports allow you to instantly jump to any section and easily view or share inspection documents. This modern format ensures you have all the information you need at your fingertips without digging through a static file.

• PDF Document: In addition to the live-view web portal to review your report, you will also receive a PDF document of the summary and full report that can easily be downloaded and viewed on your computer or mobile device.
