Jeremy is a 21-year Navy veteran who served on bases and ships across the U.S. and around the world including DC, CA, VA, Italy, Iraq, Japan, Bahrain, and Guam. His job roles were in executive administration, career counseling, and human resources in addition to 10+ years as a Chief Petty Officer. He got to work with and alongside many Sailors, Soldiers, Marines, and Airmen while assigned to aviation squadrons, surface ships, expeditionary forces, joint commands, and the staffs of general and flag officers. He retired from the Pentagon in 2020 as a Chief Yeoman (E-7). While in the Navy, he earned his associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees.

He became fascinated with the home inspection profession while purchasing a home in Fayetteville and observing his own home inspector. Shortly thereafter, he completed training with The Home Inspection Training Center in Burlington, NC and passed the state license exam. He is fully licensed and insured to inspect homes across North Carolina. His sharp attention to detail and commitment to the NC Standards of Practice will ensure nothing is missed in your home, from top to bottom and inside-out!

Jeremy's hobbies include traveling to new places, attending concerts, collecting and listening to vinyl records, going to the beach, and rooting for the 49ers. He lives with his miniature schnauzer dog in Fayetteville.

Justin is a 20-year Army veteran who spent half his career as Airborne Infantry in the 82nd Airborne and 10th Mountain Divisions. He deployed five times to Iraq and Afghanistan during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. His second half in the Army was spent as a career counselor where he helped countless enlisted Soldiers make important career decisions to reenlist, separate, retire, and change jobs. He retired from U.S. Army Special Operations Command in 2020 as a Master Sergeant (E-8). While in the Army, he earned his associate degree.

He recently completed training for his home inspection license with The Home Inspection Training Center in Burlington, NC. He is studying for the state license exam and cannot wait to get started after he gets licensed and insured!

Justin's hobbies include watching football and cheering for the Raiders, collecting and listening to vinyl records, grilling and smoking BBQ meats, and driving his 2013 655HP Camaro ZL1. He lives with his family and four Boston terrier dogs in Sanford.
