Before you decide to list your home for sale, we will thoroughly inspect it first to give you a better understanding of your home's overall condition before it is shown to buyers. You can then perform any necessary repairs or simply disclose the home inspection report in your listing. This can help facilitate a quicker sale through trust and transparency when it comes time to negotiate.

After you make an offer to buy a home, the Due Diligence period is a critical time for an in-depth home inspection! We will perform a thorough inspection of all the home's major systems and components so you and your realtor are quickly informed of the home's current condition. You can use the report findings to further negotiate with the seller prior to finalizing the home purchase.

Many systems and components of your home will not last the entire length of your mortgage. Contact us to schedule an updated full or partial inspection of your home. We'll help you get ahead of surprise issues so you can plan ahead for eventual repairs, upgrades, or have peace of mind that everything is functioning just fine.

We will come back to the property and re-inspect the systems, components, or spaces that were not accessible or not functioning during the full home inspection. We can also inspect any repairs or replacements that were made after the initial inspection so you have peace of mind that everything is safe and functioning as intended.

When you buy a new construction home, the builder typically provides a 12-month Builder’s Warranty. We highly recommend scheduling an inspection with us during the 11th month to make sure any defects found get claimed or possibly repaired prior to the warranty expiration. If you choose not to get this inspection, you’ll become responsible for any issues after the 12-month mark.

A home inspection is a smart investment to get a real-time snapshot of your rental property's current condition before or after tenants live there. You may conduct move-out inspections with your tenants to look for damage and cleanliness but what about the roof, foundation, electric panel, HVAC, water heater, plumbing, and any signs of water penetration or systems not performing as intended?
